Social Media & Content Coordinator
ROJA Beauty is looking for a creative, organized, and social-media-savvy Social Media & Content Coordinator to help grow our beauty community and strengthen our presence across digital platforms.

This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who understands beauty, social media trends, short-form video, creator content, and modern brand storytelling.

What You’ll Do
Assist with managing ROJA Beauty’s social media presence
Plan and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
Develop ideas for Reels, short-form videos, stories, and social campaigns
Coordinate content with UGC creators and influencers
Review creator submissions and help organize approved content
Identify relevant beauty trends, sounds, creators, and content opportunities
Write engaging captions and social copy consistent with the ROJA Beauty brand
Help organize the brand’s content calendar
Repurpose creator content for different social platforms
Assist with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Monitor basic social media performance and identify high-performing content
Engage with the online beauty community in a professional and brand-appropriate manner
What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and social media
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video content
Good written communication skills
Creative thinking and strong attention to detail
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple content projects
Understanding of current social media trends
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Canva
CapCut or other video-editing tools
Instagram Reels
TikTok
YouTube Shorts
Influencer or UGC marketing
Shopify
Beauty or cosmetics content
Social media analytics
